"I have been here going on 5 years I love living here. I have not had no problems with maintenance or with the manager. The manager ms. Kimmie Is the sweetest lady I have ever met She tries and helps people out as much as she can To me I feel like she is dedicated to her job Because she gets everything done in a timely manner If there is ever a problem, she lets the maintenance know and the next day it is taken care of. Honestly I don't think I could ask for a better Apartment manager. Ms. Kimmie Has always been available If something happens night or day no matter the time when you call She always answers. I have seen this for myself even when it looks like she's having a bad day. She still keeps a smile on her face And it's still very respectful. Thanks Ms. Kimmie for always being the best landlord And doing what is best for the tenants and For being here for us night and day indeed."

"I went by about 3 1/2 hrs ago, to inquire about a rental and upon arriving I saw that the property wasn’t in good condition, so I changed my mind about renting there. I drove by about 2 weeks ago and couldn’t believe how nice the property looked. It looks so clean and maintained. Whomever is the property manager, they have done an excellent job on curb appeal and I noticed the buildings were painted and the whole complex looked amazing. Will definitely inquire on availability!!!!"

She have turned the apartment around from what they were with the previous manger. The grounds are well kept. She put lighting in the complex. Kimmie is like no other manger she actually get out the office and get her hands dirty."

"I have lived in these apartments for a year and a half now. They are well kept up and my kids love the pool in the summer. Management here is wonderful! Anytime I have had a maintenance issue, which has only been two minor occurrences, someone was sent over that day and it was handled in a timely manner! The property is kept up and it is quiet here and I really love that! I feel safe raising my kids here!"
