"The front staff here is very friendly and kind. They were able to get me a trial pair of contacts when I was on my last ones and my appointment wasn’t for a few weeks still. Dr. Maffitt seems to be very smart but spoke to me in an extremely condescending way and that is probably the reason I won’t return. Going to the doctor can be intimidating for a lot of people and she spent 5-10 minutes essentially scolding me. They also required me to pay for a contacts lense fitting ($200+) even though I have had contacts for over a decade and have multiple previous prescriptions. I’ve never been required to do that at a new eye dr beyond my very first contacts prescription."
