"I have been going to this dental location for years and I love my hygienist. However, one of the person who answers the phone Rachel is very rude. I had an issue with my insurance not covering as much as they should have. I called them to get it resolved but she kept saying "The BILL IS YOURS". I was only trying to figure out how to resolve the situation, but she acted like I was saying I wasn't going to pay the bill. The conversation was very weird, and I would be happy not to deal with her again."

"Had major toothache due to wisdom teeth growing in March. Contacted a HealthPartners dental clinic initially, and was told by a very apathetic sounding person that July was the soonest I would be seen. Called Park Dental Roseville the same day, and the person helping was able to get me in for an exam in a month. She was very apologetic that they couldn't see me sooner, but it was much better than the 4 months wait. Come day of the appointment, parking was no problem, navigating the multi-suite building was very simple, and there was less than a 10 minute wait in the reception area. The nurse who saw me was very kind, knowledgeable, and personable the entire time. About 30 minutes, and some x-rays later, I was also seen by the doctor, who was also as pleasant as the nurse. He ended up prescribing me some mouthwash for the moment, and referred me to another business in the same building for wisdom teeth removal. The nurse then gently reminded me to schedule a cleaning with them for a later time before walking me back to the reception area. I made it clear in my intake that it had been many years since I was last seen for anything dental related, and that I was also anxious. Could not recommend Park Dental Roseville enough! Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. While I will still be trying HealthPartners dental clinics for the moment, I'm ready to come back to Park Dental Roseville at any time."
