"Waited 6 months for a sleep consult. Waited 2 more months for the sleep study. Waited 3 more months for the follow up/results and the doctor didn’t show up for the online follow up. No warning, no message, nothing. One of the biggest wastes of time I’ve ever experienced."
"My son had his first sleep study here, reading these odd reviews the night before gave me a little bit of anxiety. Our stay was great, they made us feel very comfortable. We were offered drinks, TV, time to get ready, and breakfast/shower in the morning. The staff was very nice and the place was clean. Little outdated but comfortable. Bryan was our nurse and he was great with my son, told him everything he was going beforehand and listened to his silly little stories. My son was offered a blanket to take home in the morning. 5 stars to Bryan! I would have given 5 stars if the staff had more knowledge about the sleep center during day hours. I had some last minute questions and wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. I had called a fairview line and they didn't have any idea about extra beds for parents staying or a number to ask what I feel was pretty common questions. I had finally received a call back at 7:30pm from a friendly staff member there but I live an hour away from the building and our appointment was at 8pm. Also good to know you have to call upon arrival because doors stay locked."
"The local Fairview clinic closed shortly after I got the CPAP system. All support vanished. I tried to order parts through Fairview's website only to be told, after not receiving my order or any contact, that the ordering site was defunct & they were sorry it was still online. I was able to get some parts through an independent website. When after 5 years my machine started to fail, I tried to get a copy of my prescription so I could buy a new machine. My request was ignored for weeks through Fairview’s mychart. Then I was told I’d have to see a doctor and the soonest appointment was in about 5 months. They would not send a prescription to allow me to obtain a working machine! Who are these people?? They preach to use the machine every day, but have no staff for support, and don’t keep accurate records so a copy of the prescription can be used so to get parts. They also initially made it very hard to purchase the exact machine they recommend from anyone else except them, even though it is widely available. Go to any other sleep clinic."
"They are doing mainly remote visits. You can get an in person 6+months out. Almost everyone I have delt with is working from home and has made me feel like I am interrupting them from watching The Price is Right. Plus living in Western Wisconsin televisits are not convenient because the patient actually needs to be in the state of Minnesota. I have been trying to get new equipment for 5+ months and I am no closer to getting it than I was when I started."
"As soon as I can find a different sleep center, I'm out of here. Patients can't be see in person, sweet life for providers. Same pay but only talk on the phone. Can't get new, needed CPap equipment. The "provider" prefers you die because giving a new RX is just to hard. Ridiculous."
