"I've found the staff, nurses and my primary physician at this clinic to be extremely kind, caring, and open to thoroughly discussing how they can best support me and address any health concerns. They have more then exceeded my expectations. Wait times have been low, communication has been quick and while the facility seems a bit cramped it's well kept and clean."
"I've been going to this clinic for 7 years as of 2023. I've had zero problems here.(Sometimes it takes longer then 10 minutes to make an appointment. Sometimes it's busy and it takes longer to be seen/check in. These are normal human things that can happen. Be kind, understanding, and positive. Instead of the negative Nancy/Karen/Ken b.s. that you put out communicate properly and treat people with kindness.)"
"This clinics practices are the absolute worst. The nurses will give you unnecessary appointments to bill as much as possible. With no real concern for you as a patient. The Dr's aren't responsive and there is no on call DR to attend to daily health care requests that can be treated with a quick RX or referral without over crowing their small dated understaffed clinic. Which the office manager Emily is completely aware of. But, these practices are completely acceptable. M HEALTH Fairview's CARE IS A JOKE!"
"Horrible service. I go in multiple times cause I have a discharge and want to stay healthy and although the test came back negative I have a discharge still and they won't treat it.. this is unlike any state I've ever lived in which recognize false results can happen but I still get the meds I need to stay healthy but this place? Nope they just want to touch and feel your body and ignore the discharge even though that's what you came in for. Do not go here! Go to a different Dr or use a different insurance company"
"I don't love or hate this place, as I had been going there since I was an infant or even before I was even born. Don't believe me? I have medical records there since 1994; and tell you what, I can't believe I'm still there. First of all, I agree with a lot of people who had- had* bad experiences' and I understand that it can be frustrating and that they aren't all that great; but, they're human and they probably are scripted, we don't know? (laughs*) but on a serious matter, I have had a few visits where it was like; I feel trapped here- as in I can't seem to go elsewhere because of the convenience of "MYCHART" and the lab results and or, just because it's easier to just stay and hope for the best upon my next visit or so. But, truthfully, what I don't like about this location is that I get moved around- I will meet one amazing doctor for example- and with time, they leave and pursue something else; I understand that this is a residential location for young doctors to get a jump start on their M.D careers or what not; but these types of things might not fit the needs of some patients; for example, there are people who aren't comfortable with drawing close to a particular doctor- and there are those who would rather see someone who knows what this person's needs are- without having to re-ask generic questions that might spike up awkward situations; or the obvious. These doctors also look at your chart and depending who you have seen that afternoon, or at the time of- they will jot down things that might not sit right with you in their after summary. For example, they might mention something that happened decades ago- that is irreverent to today's current visit. OR; they might suggests things that make you feel uncomfortable but in their mindset they're just trying to give you the best care that you need, when really- you just wondered if your insurance wasted your time throughout the entire visit- There are good doctors out there, some doctor's just don't click well with certain people, and on that particular visit, that's probably what happened. However, they are human and might believe that some STIGMA are just higher than others. Felt discriminated, a few times, felt uncomfortable, honestly, yes. I won't dive into details as to why, but I will tell you this. I forgive them, however, I just wished that I had left sooner, than I am currently as we speak."
