"Front desk lady rescheduled my Appointment without warming me. Claimed she called my phone but no voicemail was left or no missed call. She called an old number that hasn’t been used for over a year. Even though my number in the portal is updated. the night prior I received a phone call CONFIRMING my appointment. And this is the second time they have cancelled or rescheduled my appointment without notice even with being on time. Don’t waste your time. I recommend the Minneapolis location instead."

The scheduler saved my butt and was able to squeeze me in same day, and I was able to get what I needed and get out within the hour. Both the nurse and provider was kind, answered all of my questions, and I felt no judgement whatsoever from anyone at the clinic.
