"All I have to say is DO NOT come here if you need any help. I've never been more disrespected in my entire life. Staff also doesn't wear scrubs in the infusion area, which is weird."
"Dr. Moreta is the worst doctor of any kind I’ve ever been treated by. She is rude, no bedside manner whatsoever & full of herself. I gave up on my care because her methods were so counterproductive to my well being."
"The clinic was small, everyone was nice, I had a short wait time, and Dr. Gopal was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. I saw all the negative reviews, and was wary of going here, however I had a great experience, and wanted to share it to offset the negative reviews!"
"Absolutely worst care I’ve gotten in a long time. I see Dr.Gopal who seems sweet and caring but I get the vibe that everyone well I will state first I am an African American woman and we get the worst care from providers in general. I was diagnosed with medium levels of rheumatoid arthritis and she put me on a medication that takes months to start working then I kept have it bad flares and ask for an alternative. Mind you I never asked for any narcotics. She tried to give me a medication that she needed to check my liver every month and I refused it and said I’ll find some herbal way to ease pain and I’ll take muscle relaxers which she also didn’t want to prescribe like I asked for an opioid. To be in pain missing work constantly and not being heard is a huge problem. Most caring person is the lady at the front desk in Roseville. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have talks about not prescribing anything at all for pain to people of color. I’m currently waiting on medical paperwork that I’m sure will be a hassle to get it or I’ll probably be towed. I don’t have the diagnosis I have lbs these people need to be looked into. The doctor I see is probably the best person to see at the clinic"
"I waited a month for my appointment only for it to be canceled the day before with no explanation other than “after reviewing your intake paperwork Dr. Ridley has decided he won’t see you and recommends you contact a pain clinic.” I don’t have pain. I never mentioned anything about pain. I asked for someone to call me and explain why they canceled my appointment and of course no one has called. However based on these other reviews it looks like it’s for the best…"
