"My dermatologist of many years retired, so I sought a new clinic close to home. Over the years I’ve been reluctant to turn to Dermatology Consultants on Snelling because of the mix of negative and positive reviews here. I did recently contact a clinic on Ford Parkway, and only after meeting with them did I realize it’s the same Dermatology Consultants that was on Snelling. I’ve had three appointments with them so far, and I’m very pleased; I regret I didn’t go to them sooner. Every interaction I’ve had – from scheduling, to intake, to nurses, to physicians, to follow-up – has been professional, courteous and efficient. I don’t question the experiences of some other reviewers here, but I can say without qualification that mine was positive."

"I got to my appointment early and was told the doctor was running behind. That was no problem, as I understand these things happen. The appointment felt pretty rushed and my doctor mentioned a prescription she would call in. This wasn't in the notes and it never got called in. When I called back, my initial call wasn't returned. When I called again they said they couldn't do anything over the phone as it wasn't in the notes from my visit. Pretty frustrating to force me to pay for another visit for the same thing when they made the mistake the first time."

The purple haired receptionist was very friendly and Aschenbeck went straight to the point of solving my issue which I really like. Jasmine that was with us was really nice as well."

"I had a lump cut out of my ankle about 3.5 weeks ago. Dr. George and his team were great during the procedure, and the lady that took my stitches out was pleasant. The only problem I have is that I was given very little after care information. I was told to keep it dry and elevated. The surgeon told me to come back 2 weeks after the procedure so he could check on my incision and take the 20 stitches out. He was not present and I never heard from him again. I’m concerned about scarring but was given no information on how to take care of the wound after the stitches came out…"
