"They cancelled my appointment the morning of my visit without any warning because I didn't have my insurance and payment on file, supposedly. I told them upon booking that my insurance does not cover therapy, and I would be using my HSA card to secure payment for booking (required by them). I had rearranged my entire schedule today for this moment 31 years in the making. Instead, I spent my morning crying because my hope for help was gone for the day. Why did nobody ask me about the payment during the reminder call that I answered 2 days prior? Why would it just be cancelled with no notification? They felt bad and were nice, they lady seemed confused why it happened and then asked if I'd like to reschedule, LOL."
