"What can one say about someone who has turned your life around? I only write positive reviews, and this is the most passionate one I have ever written. Andrea is the best physical therapist I have ever met. Period. Over the last 15 years I have seen several physical therapists, and probably a half a dozen chiropractors, and no one compares to Andrea. I've had autoimmune issues for the last 15 years and not only is Andrea the best amongst the physical therapists I've seen, but of any healthcare professional. With the autoimmune issues I had, I wasn't able to do the basic day-to-day tasks and certainly not the strenuous sports I used to do in high school and college, and now I am back to doing the things I love. She is kind, patient, has a great demeanor, and a wonderful sense of humor. She goes above and beyond. I am so happy to have found this clinic."
"This isn't really a criticism of this particular location--I saw Tiffany there for four sessions, it was fine but didn't end up fixing my issue, whatever. But their billing practices are terrible, even for our messed-up healthcare system. Before scheduling an appointment I had looked on their website, seen the pay-as-you-go price and the wording: "The amount you pay will be determined by your insurance payer, considering your plan’s deductible, co-insurance, copays and out of pocket maximum. In most cases, your total out-of-pocket expenses come at a reduced cost to you. We also offer 'pay-as-you-go' pricing so you can simply pay for our services as you use them." In my ignorance, I thought that "in most cases, your total out-of-pocket expenses come at a reduced cost to you" meant that I should let them run it through my insurance and the negotiated rate would probably be at a reduced cost compared to their "pay-as-you-go" rate (I have high-deductible insurance). When I finally got the bill two months later, the cost to me was actually 68% more than what the pay-as-you-go cost would have been! I have called their billing provider iHealth multiple times and customer service has been unhelpful and rude, and refused to make any adjustments to my bill. I can't recommend Viverant, or any provider that uses iHealth, to anyone."
"I went there for pelvic floor therapy. They only have one restroom for clients and staff. Off to a bad start. They have a very generous patient portal, however. The most unfortunate part of my experience was that the physical therapist that I had would not yield to physical signs of pain. When the client is showing pain, you're supposed to stop, and I learned that after my physical therapist didn't stop by a YouTube video teaching me how to use the pelvic wand. I definitely hope all of the therapists they're learning that they're supposed to stop in their client is showing signs of pain. I definitely don't want there to be less physical therapy outlets in the twin cities."
"A new age Physical Therapy clinic, complete with the latest equipment and techniques. I had a great experience, from the casual environment that immediately set me at ease to the professional expertise of the staff when we got down to business to address my problem in a wholistic manner, it was all good."
"In August 2021, I was a 73 year old woman, active and in good health. After a lumpectomy, I woke up in excruciating pain which prevented me from standing upright or walking. Over the next seven months I saw an orthopedist, had X-rays and a CT scan, had a steroid shot, met with my first PT, saw a spine specialist, started seeing a second PT and had been prescribed 3 different heavy duty pain killers. By that time, I could walk with a walker and stand for very short periods but with much pain. I had reached a plateau. At the end of March, I was able to begin working with Ann Kaminski. She was the first person that I dealt with who actually listened to my description of where the problem seemed to be located. After the very first appointment, I could tell she had zeroed in on the problem. She gave me exercises that I was able to do and over time, as I grew stronger, made them more difficult. Every appointment, she spent the time loosening up my frozen joint and getting the associated muscles to work properly with a variety of methods. But the most important thing Ann gave me was hope. She reassured me that I could and would get better. And I have! I'm off the pain meds, I can stand upright, and I can walk without pain without even a cane. Thank you for everything, Ann!"
