"Not impressed at all with this clinic , they take forever to get back to a patient . my family member has serious medical issues , the least they could do is offer the poor soul some kind of medication to calm people down, when they're dealing with so much at once. Are they lacking empathy nowadays in this field or are they just over their heads in patients?? Whole experience has been overwhelming. :("

"I called the billing department to say that I went for an appointment at Entira Family at Randolph Avenue, Saint Paul, MN, and I got misleading information that resulted in me paying a big bill for a visit. Before my appointment, I told the front desk that I was new to the health care system in this country. The front desk person said, yes, we accept all health insurance. This information is correct. However, it is misleading, knowing my lack of knowledge. She could tell me that there are no warranties that my health insurance would pay for it. I was basically fully charged for this appointment, and I feel taken advantage of. It is sad to see a health care system so misleading. The person who answered the phone in the billing department was rude and impatient when I pointed this issue out."

"In my opinion Highland clinic earns two, rather than one, star because they do have awesome CNAs that manage to get things done while everyone else is struggling to push their limited IQs into second gear. But other than the CNAs, I would describe the care that I've received at this clinic-- from admin staff to Dr Euland- as rote, impersonal, and frighteningly devoid of curiosity, critical thinking, or human liveliness. This clinic is the standardized test of medical care, following the basic rules to pass but otherwise phoning it in. I find every interaction tedious, time consuming, and redundant, which leaves me wondering if anyone is actually "home" enough to catch a real problem, should something besides the need for regular vaccines come up. I doubt it."

"Ugh, I hate writing negative reviews, but honestly I just want to warn other people with our experience in case they too are shopping around for a new family clinic... My wife was pregnant with our first daughter, and we both needed a new doctor, so we started the hunt for a new family clinic. One of the doctors at Entira Highland came recommended by our birth center, so we called to make a family appointment. We both went to that appointment (wife was 8.5 months pregnant at the time), and felt we were taken care of (doctor was nice and informative). We were excited to have a clinic close to home! After that appointment, my wife called to schedule a physical for me, where they not-so-kindly told her that the doctor we saw was "not accepting new patients"...confused, my wife told them that we have already seen him (less than a few weeks ago), so they looked in their "system", and had no trace of me being a part of any past appointments. After pleading with them about how we were specifically looking for a family doctor for us all, had both already met with him, AND even had him tell us right to our face that he'd be happy to be our doctor, they said that there was "nothing we can do"... After giving up on that hope, we then asked for the next available appointment with any doctor so I could start seeing someone ASAP (I have a medical concern that I really want to get taken care of), they "booked" an appoint a week and half later at the Inver Grove Heights clinic. Whatever, I'll take it, I just need to see a doctor...the week goes by, no confirmation email, no phone call, so we call in the morning of the appointment day to confirm the time - "we have no appointment for you today"... I could go on, but this is a review, not a documentary...my point is, I'm sure they have some great doctors and some friendly staff somewhere (we honestly would not know, they were not very friendly to work with at any point, aside from the actual doctor being nice), but administratively, this clinic has been a nightmare for us. They didn't even hint at another solution at any of the crossroads we faced - they just kept shutting the metaphorical door. It's like they really don't want to help you. The search for a good family clinic continues, and once we find one, I'll swing back and post an updated to this review. Again, not trying to sound pessimistic, it's usually pretty tough to get me upset about anything really, but I'm just hoping I can spare someone else from going through this experience, too...simply put, at no point did they actually seem to care about us at all. We were treated like numbers...wait, numbers would at least be in their "system"...so I guess worse? :("

"Super nice, friendly, and accommodating doctors, nurses and staff. We’ve been going to this clinic since before my wife was pregnant. Dr. Ryan Dick and Nurse Cindy have been extremely helpful through the pregnancy, birth and now throughout the first years of our little girl’s life. Every step of the way their healthcare insights are thoughtful and intelligent. It feels like a small town doctor’s office where you’re always greeted with smiles and small talk. I would recommend Dr. Dick and his staff for the entire family."
