"Jason H. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as my wife and I shopped for Quartz Countertops. We stopped in without an appointment and he took the time to answer all of our questions and got us a quote extremely quickly. Great customer service at this location!"
"If you care about customer service, I can't recommend it. The installers just eyeballed the install, and our kitchen island was crooked. They did come back and fix it, but the lighting over the island is now crooked as a consequence of their mistake. We're not fixing that since we'd have to patch the ceiling. The wait for the install was really slow. Took almost a month just for the countertops. Two weeks for the backsplash after that. The communication was horrible too. I had to call in to Cambria several times to get an answer on whether they would fix it. This was after they sent out an independent guy who agreed with us that the island was off. The installer was low key arguing with me whether it was a problem. And it took them less than 15 minutes to fix. Strange. Our contractors who did the lighting install were teenagers. They used lasers for alignment. They did a way better job than these jabronis."
"I've been using Cambria on multiple projects of mine over the last 5 years. They have the best quartz available and the install teams are phenomenal. I highly recommend using Cambria home."
"We were looking to update our kitchen and wanted quality counter tops. After looking at different brands and styles, we decided on Cambria quartz countertops. We went to the showroom and were shown a number of options and styles. They even offered to let us take some sample sizes home to help during our decision-making process. We enjoyed the process from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous, from the sales rep to the installers. One point to note, it would be helpful if you provided an email with a list of things to prepare for before the installers come. Like, disconnect the cooktop or disconnect the sink. The scheduler should know what the customer is having done, so they should be able to customize an email like this. Just a thought. Otherwise, we had a great experience and have already recommended Cambria to others."
"BUYER BEWARE!! Cambria only cares about money. They are not recommended by the better business bureau for a reason!! I hired them to do my countertops and they were $2000.00 over my other bids. I hired them because my wife and I liked the style of veining the best amongst the others. We have a large waterfall on a peninsula, so it was important to us that the veining and design flow off the edge to the waterfall. The sales person said that they are able to do it and that standard. After ordering, we went to a Cambria store in Palm Springs and were told that the pattern does match when doing a waterfall. Plymouth store sent their measuring guy and I asked the same question to him and he said that the pattern will match down the waterfall. My wife sent me pictures from the install, and I instantly notice that the pattern does not match. I asked them to stop the installation until we could get this sorted. Needless to say, they did not try to fix things and their Manager Brian screened my phone calls when trying to get this resolved. After a month, they offered to rip out our countertops if we pick an alternate style. Unfortunately, my kitchen was completed, backsplash, painting, etc. Too little, too late. I asked for $ money back due to the bait and switch practices sales tactics being used by their team and they declined. Lastly, I received some paperwork from the CEO saying I should be 100% satisfied and that could not be further from the truth. I highly recommend NOT using Cambria. It was an awful customer experience."
