"Worst experience I ever had. The staffs don't know what they are doing. I had a blind installation service with them and right from step 1 till the end was unpleasant. They had the wrong purchase order, blinds were not cut on the right size, double ordered every item, and i get calls for appointments that I have never made. My blind installation job is still not complete with all the errors and its been over a month since I initiated it."

She very helpful, responsive, patient and gave us great suggestions of colors to work with to match our house's paint and wood trim. Once we picked everything out and secured, the installation went very smoothly and was completed ahead of schedule. We highly recommend using them!"

"Don't buy wires in this particular Home Demo. You will have to spend at least 30 minutes waiting for staff to open shelves and get a wire for you. But even after that they will not give that to you directly and will take that to the register by themselves. And try don't go to any other aisle while the staff is bringing your wires to register because it will be lost and you will have to call the manager (thanks to the manager and it's not a joke - without him I would have to spend 30 more minutes to get wires again). This store doesn't fit electricians - buy wires somewhere else."

"I was going to email this store today because a part of my order wasn't going to arrive at my job site before the scheduled work begins. Michelle Lund reached out to me before I could even send the email and told me she already took care of it and the rest of the order was already at my job site! Because of this level of customer service, I will gladly drive past all the competitors and even other Home Depots to do business with Michelle, even though I live north of Otsego. She saves me from having to make extra trips, she saves me money and she she takes care of problems fast! She is a real super hero, people just don't know -but that's how real super heros are... I tell everyone I know to come to her and will continue to do so."
