"Dr. Emily Aschenbrenner and Jamie have been absolutely wonderful and some of the kindest people you'll meet. I have been through quite a bit the past year which caused my insurance to change a total of 4 times which is quite cumbersome and frustrating for me, but Dr. Emily and Jamie have been more than accommodating through the ups and downs which allowed me to continue my care which was imperative. I came into the clinic with pain and discomfort and with continuous commitment to consistent sessions as well as completing my "homework" outside of the clinic, I am finally finding relief which was truthfully not something I was expecting, and I am so grateful. Another thing I wanted to add is that as a plus size woman, I am always fearful of seeing doctor's who may just see my ailments as a result of my weight due to stigma's or personal bias that doctor carries, but I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Emily is not one of those doctors. The care she gives is intentional, judgement free, and focused on addressing the specific health concerns I bring to her attention rather than solely attributing them to my weight. Dr. Emily's empathetic approach creates a safe and supportive environment, making me feel valued as an individual with unique health needs. It's reassuring to have a healthcare professional who prioritizes my overall well-being, acknowledging that health is multifaceted and goes beyond a number on the scale. All that to say, I HIGHLY recommend Life Clinic in St Louis Park as well as Dr. Emily Aschenbrenner!"
