"This place did not complete all of the required scans for a family member who now has to go back and have it all redone. Also had to have the scan in a truck in the parking lot. Avoid this location!"

"I brought my father here for imaging of his brain for cognitive decline. The staff is rude, and unhelpful. My dad is claustrophobic. He needs Atavan, but has become a fall risk recently with his cognitive decline. The staff woukd not help me get him from a sit to stand position. I tried telling the staff he is confused as to why he was there. They barked orders like: "go that way," pointing in a direction, but not guiding him. His lab work (kidney function) was off, so he couldn't get contrast. I asked if we should come back, and the technician said she isn't a doctor, and doesn't know why my dad was there. I said it is documented on his paperwork why he is needing a MRI. She shrugged, and said our decision to get an MRI w/o contrast is a personal decision. WTH? Terrible bedside manner"

"I was very anxious upon finding out that I would need my first MRI. I did what I could to prepare myself, and took a 10mg Valium with a doctor’s prescription (which was crucial), but much of the credit for a successful experience goes to the staff at Park Nicollet Imaging. From answering my questions 2 days ahead, through the procedure itself, the staff was helpful, informative, cooperative, and pleasant. (And they had news as well as music available on the headset.)"

"I got an MRI today and was extremely stressed out. All five people that I worked with were amazingly friendly, helpful and compassionate. I didn't want to have to be there but they sure were welcoming and accommodating."

"I must admit I just had a terrible experience with the front desk staff person (the one with the walker) I have never seen such a jaded, unpleasant person working in a customer service role before. She was mean, bossy and I felt very uneasy while waiting in the lobby after hearing her go on a rant about how she didn't have to inform one of the other patients to "drink his pre-procedural juice because it wasn't her job". Park Nicollet I urge you to consider getting someone else who is a little more discrete, friendly and or welcoming to manage your front desk! Sincerely, a Spanish Lang Interpreter"
