"I had a really good experience with doctor samantha she did my IUD insertion I barely felt a thing she was very careful and kind I wish all doctors were like her I've had three IUD insertions the first two were very painful but with her I barely felt anything she was amazing and if she's still around I want her to do my next one the staff and the medical assistants were all so very nice and professional thank you so much had a good experience"
"My experience here was subpar and did not meet my needs. There was a nurse who was really kind, and I liked the therapist I saw here. The first issue was my copay for therapy. At the front desk, they told me it would be 25 dollars per appointment and so every week I would pay 25 dollars. They got this number wrong somehow and I ended up in debt to the hospital around 600 dollars. I did not receive a single bill in the mail informing me of what I owed. I was unaware until I needed to change my antidepressant because it was no longer working and I had become suicidal again. I called to schedule an appointment and they said I couldn't until my debt was under 500 dollars or something like that. The debt I was never informed of until I had an urgent need to see my doctor. I paid my bill and switched medications. I took my second medication for quite a while at the highest dosage. I was often very spacey and mentally distant. It was very difficult for me to focus. Even conversations and recalling what I did earlier was very difficult. I rarely felt safe driving. Eventually I had to drive to get a covid test and ran a red light, totaling my car. My gut told me my medication had a lot to do with it, and so I started taking a smaller dosage and booked an appointment to see if my medication could be changed. I met with the same doctor I had been seeing previously and whom I'd had mostly positive experiences with. She told me mental fog is simply not a side effect of venlafaxine and that I should go on my phone less and sent me away. I was charged for this "service" I switched to a different doctor at a different clinic. I even spoke to a pharmacist about my experience and she was appalled. As a young adult who isn't too familiar with the health care system, I don't know what's normal and what isn't and it took me some time and conversations with professionals outside neighborhood healthsource to realize the care I received there was inadequate and insulting."
"Friendly neighborhood clinic helpful for all of our family's healthy needs and resources. We go here for all of our babies shots and concerns. We were advised to continue wearing a mask at this time."
"Took my child here because my primary doctor didn't have any availability same day. I arrived early to register my insurance information. We were called in on time and the nurse checked her vitals and we sat there for 25 minutes and I mentioned something to the nurse and she stated she would in soon. Sat there for another 15 minutes and decided to leave. Told staff to cancel my appt and make sure I don't get any charges because of their unprofessionalism I left because I could only imagine how the rest of our appt would go. No one cared to notify us that she was running behind because apparently she didn't start running behind until it was our turn. Thanks for wasting an hour of our time!"
