Online, it said they offered walk ins but when I got there the only option was to check in for an appointment. I waited 45 mins in the sitting room by myself just to be told they don't take walk ins even though I was the only one there. They should fix their website or post signs in the lobby saying they don't take walk ins. I was disappointed and had to go somewhere else."
