"Very unprofessional. At my boyfriends very first appointment with this clinic the medical assistant showed him her breasts multiple times during his Zoom appointment. After reporting what happened to his doctor they didn’t act surprised or shocked about what happened and acted like it wasn’t a big deal and was just making excuses. This is absolutely disgusting that a clinic would even allow this to happen in the first place. As medical professionals you should know better! - I know this story sounds insane and crazy but it really happened. Edit to add: a few weeks after this incident happened we received a phone call asking for more detail on the situation. The person who called never apologized for what happened and instead accused my boyfriend of lying and making this up. Even though his doctor already admitted and confirmed it happened. Especially after them accusing us of lying I would never ever recommend anyone go to this clinic. This is disgusting behavior and I am still in shock you would allow this to happen."

"I have tried for 5 days to get an RX corrected. I have left 3 messages on their message board. I have called everyday, told they will call me and nothing. It isn’t a controlled substance but the withdrawals are hell. I don’t get any deep sleep without it. My life is going to hell. They close offices without notice and never even mentioned a new one. After years, they left me out to dry and left me in a critical situation."

"So far this place is very nice.the staff was amazing and although the wait was extensive, the people made the switch to a new provider very smooth. The only downside is the bare bones waiting room with very uncomfortable chairs and the walk to the bathroom takes you to an abandoned part of the building that I believe is under construction. The receptionist is warm and kind and friendly. The support medical staff is very professional and the PA that assisted me was very thorough and attentive in every way. I felt like I mattered there and my pain was addressed appropriately. This was my first appointment (from start to finish 2 hours and 30 min)"

"Really love and appreciate the staff here. They took over my care when my previous MAT provider stopped seeing patients. They made it a very smooth and stress-free transition which ensured I didn’t go without my meds."

"Very well organised; maintaining safety protocols. Detailed user-friendly step-by-step instructions. The only drawback: one must have a smartphone to register and follow “online” instructions. Very smooth process. Staff there only facilitate the process; no input with form or queries regarding changes in registration (that is only online). Suggestion: please add option of “ID verification” (passport number, national ID) in online form at time of registration, also with option (in reasons) for “travel purpose”. I would definitely have given FIVE stars IF the passport number and travel purpose option were already included in registration ... so they can be on printed report : essentially required by certain airlines for report to be “valid” (ID validated and “time stamped”)."
