"I met with Dr. Zanghi earlier this year who was fantastic. I appreciated his ability to connect with me as his patient. I was worried that I might receive a Urologist who would tell me to come back in five years or judge me because I am 'too young' to make the decision I made. I'm glad Dr. Zanghi took the time to understand me. Dr. Zanghi was great at the surgery on surgery day. I felt comfortable and I was ready to get it done. I think it took less than 30 minutes. Recovery was a breeze. Didn't need pain meds or anything else except a standard icing routine for about 2-3 weeks. Incision site healed phenomenally and I'm back to normal. One issue: I am now trying to wrap up my bill I received. It was a little bit unexpected. I was hoping that it would be covered under my insurance. It has been communicated to me over phone and email that I would be credited on my card once it has been processed. I don't know when that is."

"First, let me share that Dr. J Karl Kemberling is the best. He's been my urologist for the past decade, helping me immensely with the dispersal of my kidney stone difficulties. That said, it took me fully 3 months to schedule an appointment with him. Then, when I arrived last week, it took me 45 minutes in the MN Urology waiting room until my name was called. This clinic needs to be more mindful of it's patient's needs and time. Hopefully, next year's annual visit will be more efficiently handled."

Also, the assistant nurse (a lady that I do not remember her name) was excellent and the receptionists in both positions two in coming in and two in going out were very polite and professional, really good."
