"very friendly and quick service. front desk remembered my name during the visits after my initial PCP intake appointment. very friendly, knowledgeable medical staff. I'm looking forward to returning here for future appointments. side note, I really like the lobby chairs as the top-back of the chairs tilt back. they said they bought the chairs in Plymouth at a consignment shop? it's a small detail, though the chairs added this flash of value to my visits."

"Every time I go to this clinic it’s a bad experience!!! I was the first person here when they opened, six people came in after me and they took every single one of them and never said a word to me. They play favoritism for their own people that’s a fact. Every person they took in front of me was Somalian ,On top of that when you finally do get called in they stick you in a room for another half hour before someone asks anything.If you’re not one of them don’t expect professionalism. Sat in the lobby waiting for an hour and a half. They took money for a co-pay right away though NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Great experience! No wait for urgent care. Very kind receptionist for paperwork, very kind nurse for initial exam, and very kind and compassionate and knowledgeable doctor that very quickly found the issue for a mysterious condition. I highly recommend this clinic. The hospital is not my favorite experience, but this was a beautiful one. Quick, clean, easy, extremely helpful."

"I needed a Covid test. That was fine. The doctor was friendly and seemed fine for what I was coming in for. The next day, I called to ask about lab results. The receptionist seemed clueless. We should be able to talk to a triage nurse or someone with real medical training if we have specific questions (like at other clinics.) This experience with the receptionist is negatively affecting my view of this clinic. Please hire a triage nurse like they have at other clinics. Receptionists not qualified to read lab results. Receptionists should forward our calls to a nurse or other medically trained professional. Thanks."
