"Too understaffed or overworked to provide safe and adequate medical care. A weekend doctor ruptured a very large cyst in my wife's knee because he didn't believe her that it was painful to bend and forced it to go from straight to past 90 degrees very quickly. She was discouraged from getting the obvious fluid in her knee drawn and sent to the lab by being told "WELL we can just stick a giant needle in there!" instead of actually describing the process in normal terms. Ended up having to go to a different urgent care two nights later because the ruptured cyst had caused her leg to swell so much there was concern it could be a blood clot. Go somewhere else if you can."

"I was seen by Dr. Jones, I came in with an extremely swollen ankle and could hardly walk and was in extreme pain, Dr. Jones said nothing was wrong and was overall very dismissive of my concerns and seemed to be irritated by me coming in and gave me a boot and sent me on my way. (keep in mind he never even looked at my actual ankle just my X-rays) Well 3 days later the swelling is worse and nothing was making it go down and the pain was unbearable I couldn’t even set my foot on a pillow so I went to the ER and come to find out my bone was extremely chipped and I will need surgery, so thanks for having me walk on a fractured foot! Shouldn’t be a doctor."

"Very friendly staff. But there’s almost no point in making an appointment because you won’t be seen at the time you choose. You will be seen either 45 to an hour and 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Which really messes up the rest of my day. So make sure to take that into consideration if you make an appointment. Schedule for an hour earlier than you think."

"My wife was seen tonight, and instead of getting her to a doctor for what was actually wrong with her, the nurses recommended an ambulatory ride for a temp that was incorrectly recorded / taken (confirmed with ER - it was a normal temp). We declined the service and by the time we got to the ER as recommended the hospital was flabbergasted by how TRIA UC reacted to my wife ailment. Wasted 2 hours of our evening for not knowing how to do their job. Now I’m sure I will received a bill for them because of an incorrect insurance recording as well."
