"Over the phone service horrible I spoke with a lady who pasted me to another one and both made me feel like I was such inconvenient, all I wanted to do was re-order my kid's prescription that was already in the system. 30mins later I asked the second lady if I'm being inconvenient for them she sights AND SAYS I CAN'T DO THIS I NEED TO GET SOMEONE ELSE AT THIS PIONT MY BREAK AT WORK WAS OVER SO I HUNGED UP."
