"Made an online appointment to get a covid booster. Waited 30 minutes past the appointment time just to be told she wouldn't give me the booster. Don't bother going to this place."

"This place doesn’t keep appointments even within 5 minutes. First, they said it is a walk in clinic and when I arrived there , I was told to make an appointment. Then after arriving within 5 minutes of my scheduled time, they didn’t let me in. When I asked why, the lady was so rude that she basically told me that she won’t provide service to me . I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and customer service. I was able to find another walk in on the same day. I would advice you to stay away from this clinic. Bad and rude"

"Took my son here because he complained about ear pain, and I figured it might be an ear infection and he may need some antibiotics, so I thought maybe it would be ideal to come here since it would be a shorter wait time than going to urgent care or the ER. We registered for an appointment and had to wait about a half hour to get called in. Once the doctor calls us in, she briefly checks inside his ear, says it’s fine and rushed us out of the clinic. We go home and a few hours later, he is screaming in pain, so we rush to urgent care and come to find out that it was a terrible ear infection. The nurse who checked his ear told us had we waited until the next day, the infection could have done severe damage to his ear. Not sure how or why the doctor missed that, but one thing I know for sure I wouldn’t waste my time or money going back to this place."

"I am still sitting here waiting as I type this out. If this is supposed to be a minute clinic why am I waiting an hour and half with an online appointment? Not only that, I was the next patient to be seen and was completely jumped over by a patient who was after me and also checked in before this patient. If I wanted to wait this long to be seen I would have gone to Urgent Care. Don't waste your time."

"Will never return to this clinic. The gal working watched me arrive first and let someone else check In and be seen before me. I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen by her. I needed a strep test and she didn’t swab my mouth well enough resulting in a false negative test. I had all the other appropriate symptoms. Because of her negligence, my symptoms got worse leading me to the ER and having to be out of work for a week + and be on several medications and have my condition worsen . I called and politely asked that they not bill my insurance since I had since been to a real doctor and been taken care of and they were rude and wouldn’t listen."
