"They charge far more than most private practices so make sure you shop around if you're small business owner who pays for your own health insurance. They charge $900 for a telephone visit with a Psychiatrist and $550+ per hour for therapy. If you already shell out $1,700 a month for insurance plus have a 6k deductible it gets pricey. The only positive to that is it chips away at your deductible pretty quickly and then prices get a bit better when insurance kicks in."

"Messy scheduling, hard to refill medication in a timely matter, and just an overall bad healthcare experience that leaves patients in bad situations. due to poor communication, park Nicollet behavioral health messes up a lot of patients basic healthcare needs. It’s not ok."

"I called recently to set up a new patient appointment. Their only opening was 2 months down the road (which is ok), but their last appointment available for any doctor is 3:00pm Monday-Friday and they are closed on the weekends. Additionally, they only have video visits, they are not doing any in person sessions and haven't for the last several years they said. I recommend contacting you're insurance to find other in-network clinics that are much more flexible and responsive."

"Scheduling is a disaster here, you have to schedule months ahead of time and then they regularly cancel appointments at the last minute, it seems like they don't want people with mental health issues to get the treatment that they desperately need. Their system needs an overhaul, they need to hire more staff/psychiatrists, and scheduling needs to be made more streamlined, responses to messages is extremely slow and needs to improve. My normal psychiatrist is out for the next several months, so they want to make me schedule a new patient appointment despite being seen here for years instead of just letting me schedule a follow-up with another doctor. This process takes months in which I can't just sit and wait around. They need to make it easier to switch between psychiatrists in case yours is out so you don't have to wait 6 months for a new patient appointment with a different doctor at the same clinic. They used to be great but have drastically gone down hill. I would go to my primary doctor but they insist you have to go through psychiatry, but you can never get in. They have gotten so rude and unhelpful, they don't care, I will be switching to Allina where I can actually get an appointment and don't have to deal with rude staff."

"Decent, but like many of the other reviewers here I also have extreme difficulty refilling prescriptions, leaving me without medication for long enough that symptoms and signs begin to occur and it takes longer and longer to get back up to health again. If this happens again I'm going to find a better clinic and a doctor with whom I can schedule an appointment sooner than three months away. I'd also like to be able to talk to someone on the phone and not just be put on hold for long periods of times, every single time I call."
