"After having a great experience with another realtor, I realize how bad All Around was from the get go. I was purchasing from out of state and reliant on the realtors competency and knowledge. I was very clear in asking if the property I was interest in would go through VA financing and was told repeatedly that it would. Evidently, the realtor didn't know the condition of the house she was selling, what is required of a property when you use a VA home loan. The home inspection we paid for showed multiple major issues the realtor should have known were going to be an deal breakers. A waste of everyone's time and my money."
