"A bit pricey for the quality of the apartments, but located conveniently in the middle of town (Dardanelle), and the rent includes water, trash, and lawn care. They also have pest control come into each apartment once monthly to spray, which keeps the bugs out. The only downside to that is that the pest control employee is obligated to report to the apartment management any apartments that aren’t kept clean enough, which feels like an invasion of my privacy once a month. The attached pictures were taken before I moved into the apartment. I was told by both management and the pest control guy that my apartment is one of the nicer ones in the complex. But they seem to be renovating the units as they become vacant, so it’s hard to say how other apartments will compare to my pictures."
