"Dr. Reitz made zero effort on making right on our appointment. I was unable to use their link. After calling around two places and waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, I finally discovered what office I was suppose to call. As this was a virtual appointment, I did not know which office the doctor worked out of, and the text messages sent prior to my appointment did not specify. During my time on hold I sent a message via my chart to Dr. Reitz within my 15 minute grace window (even though I don’t feel at fault for this issue in the first place) with no reply back at all. I waited almost for two month for you, and you just ignored me and failed me. You didn’t even try to reach out during my hour long appointment."
