"at last check the entrance you want to use is on the northern most side of the building. I'm pretty sure there is at least another 1 entrance for urgent care and/or emergency. The one most convenient for TRIA is the one with the drive through entrance on the most northerly side of the building. There is a a drive through drop off/pick up carport. The entrance & other areas are fully accessible and there are wheel chairs of all sizes in the entry way to use if needed. There is also a huge help desk in the entryway. It looked to me like 2 or 3 clinics have entrances around that hallway area and the help desk will tell you where to go if you can't see all the TRIA signs in the hallway. I went here when I injured my knee. The staff was excellent in customer care. The waiting area was clean and tidy. I only waited about 6 minutes before I got called back. After the MRI I got a call in about 36 hours with the results. Beside this location they have many so check for the one closest to you"
"**READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS** They never looked at my ID nor my insurance. This place is rife with fraud. And absolutely filled with medical people that do not CARE about YOU. Hippocratic Oath; it no longer means a thing at this facility. Worst medical experience. They're slumming it in there. Checked in, went into a room and waited for over an **hour and half.** No one took my BP, no one logged into my medical file. They just leave you in limbo and NO ONE CARES. These so called medical professionals never batted an eye as I was attempting to find ANYONE in charge. The hallways were empty and a seeming lost reception sat there with very little to say. I'm filing a formal complaint against this highly inept and 100% UNCARING staff. Just wait. This facility should be investigated for medical negligence."
"Not sure I fully understand why they don't accept blue cross but I was denied service. Went to park Nicolette urgent care for shoulder pain issues I have had since March but my wife and family were getting concerned because it seemed to be getting worse. They did do a checkup and x-rays then gave me a referral for Trial Urgent care orthopedics. I took the day off work and drove out there after I got up to the window they got all my info and said I couldn't make an be seen or treated there. Apparently since they didn't put my new insurance in the system they couldn't update it. What they did do is defer me to a list of other clinics that may accept my current insurance and have them update it so I could maybe be treated there or once it was updated come back to Tria. What's the point in urgent care if your insurance company wants you to go somewhere but when you get there they won't take it because they can't update the insurance? Guess it's good to know Incase of other emergencies if you changed your insurance provider they don't do updates if it was within the last year. So you can be covered there they just won't see or treat you."
"I came into TRIA urgent care for further injury to my shoulder. (Physical Therapy refused to keep working with me until i got an MRI scheduled). It was around closing time and the receptionist immediately said that the doctors are no longer accepting patients for the night. (Due to very limited people that can watch my 2 year old, i could not get there until around 8pm that day). The nurse came out to talk to me and went back to see if one of the doctors could fit me in. As I was waiting in the lobby, I could hear Roberta Prigge (who i am VERY familiar with) talking very loudly to the nurse saying, "I don't care what she wants! She's not getting anything!" I could hear and see the nurse laughing and trying to keep a straight face as she came walking back towards the lobby to tell me to come back the next morning and just bring my daughter with. It's hard finding someone to watch my 2 year old since she is autistic. But that didn't matter to Prigge. I know for a god given fact that it was her that turned me away because she is the ONLY female orthopedic urgent care doctor in that building! I wish her medical license would get revoked (not just because of that night, but every other time I've seen her). Anyways, save your time and money for another facility. You will NOT regret it."
"Listen to the Google reviews! There's a reason they're so low! Pretty rude staff. Front desk receptionist diagnosed me, and decided I didn't need an appt! When I explained I was referred by my primary, she then began to give me HER opinion! When I asked if it was OK if I saw the Dr for an opinion, she got insulted!! I would try a different clinic where the front desk isn't treating you to save the Dr's some time! Very unprofessional"
