In early May, 2020, I saw 2 houses in Poteau that I wanted to look at, and Bob Hill was amazing! Even though he was juggling several other properties, at the time, he still had plenty of time to help me in a very timely fashion, plus he answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a timely way - many times, before I had even gotten to asking them, which is ALWAYS a good sign. Mr. Hill showed thorough knowledge of the Poteau area properties available, as well as similar properties throughout the neighboring towns and region. He also had an expert and detailed knowledge of the bureaucratic workings of the Veteran's Administration Loan Program (both the government side, and the bank side), which was great for me, because I wanted to activate my V.A. Loan ... and the process can be complicated, without an experienced guide to help you find your way through the red tape and paperwork. Overall, I am completely satisfied with both Mr. Hill specifically, and Keller Williams generally, even though I ultimately decided to wait out the current financial problems before buying up, into a better home. My experience was one of the best that I've had in buying and selling 5 homes in the past 20 years. I will absolutely go to Mr. Hill & Keller Williams first, if/when I see another home in the center-eastern Oklahoma area in my price range; and I want Mr. Hill to sell my current home, after the sale as well. He seems like a sharp fellow to have working for me, in my corner. I want to give an extra-special "Great Job" to Mr. Hill, since the houses that I was interested in purchasing where both under $50K asking price - which usually means you get the least-experienced and most junior sales associate they have, in most real estate companies - but Mr. Hill treated me with the same respect, courtesy, professionalism, and compassion that I would expect if the sale price had been well into 6 figures instead. My experience was one of the best that I've had in 30 years of occasional home buying and selling, and I have every confidence that it will be all that & more, next time I do business with them.
