"The pool looked nasty, and the elevator quit working. At 72 and on the 4th floor, that was not good. Heard the elevator broke a few days earlier. Made a lot of noise when it did work."

"The only positive experience during my stay, was they let me check-in a few hours early. Now for the bad. The pool and hot tub was closed. The lady at the counter even said it had been closed for a long time when I said the whole reason for staying at Holiday Inn was for the indoor pool. Then she said breakfast was at 7am not 6am. So, I wasn't happy about having to wait since I had planned on leaving out by 7am. Lastly, the breakfast was not very good. They was already out of biscuits when the kids and I went down for breakfast at 7:10. Overall not a great experience that I had expected from a Holiday Inn."

"Was there for a wedding for my neice. Lights went out Sunday morning for hours on the 4th floor. Told the front desk my 2nd room was a late check out since they are the newlyweds. Girl wrote it down by flash light did not pass it on to on coming staff. Mind you, they have my cell number, but they call the room 4 times, come in the room twice, and call my cell the very last. So you have ruined the sleeping in at this moment. How do you not communicate with the on coming staff. Not only that, but she chose this hotel for her guests to stay out. This hotel is something else and no apologies or anything."

"We only booked this hotel so our kids could swim. I booked with a person over the phone and they never mentioned the pool was not working. Take it off the amenity list if it's not available. We then had to figure out what to do with our kids for 4 hours before bedtime, and the TV was definitely no help. We also found multiple things on the floor, evidencing that the carpet was not well vacuumed before we checked in. We even found a ball of dried playdough in a corner. To make things even better, the power went out in the middle of the night, making it nice and toasty in the room, giving me one of the worst nights of sleep I've had. The power was out for 6 hours, so that was fun. The elevator sounds and feels like it's going to snap at any moment. If you can do stairs, probably a better choice. The breakfast was decent. Burnt omelets, small selection of parties, watered down juice, but decent biscuits and gravy. This hotel definitely doesn't fit into the typical quality of most Holiday Inns."

"It's nice. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant. We only reason we booked here was for the pool and hotub but both were closed and have been for a very long time but it doesn't say that on the website."
