"These are the same property managers for the pleasant valley apartments in poteau. I lived there for 2 years. Never had roaches until I moved there. They come out the outlets, drains cracks in the walls. They delete maintenance request but by the 3rd one you send in they might send someone out to look at your problem. I had a leaking toilet for a year that didn't get fixed until I signed my lease again for the 2nd year. They don't salt the slanted parking lot in the winter, so good luck with the sheet of ice. Would not recommend"
