"My personal Doc is great. Can't say enough nice things about her. The Mental Health Doc and the Pharmacy Staff are terrible. No common courtesy, no help, you're just another number. Can't even see the mental health doc in person. Be prepared to drive to the clinic just to sit down in front of a computer screen to talk to the doc while he sits at home. I could have done the same thing myself. Waste of time and money. Pharmacy doesn't answer questions even after they ask you if you have any other questions. If you answer "no" they just hang up on you. Not entirely sure how the wait time to talk to someone there can be so long. It's a small clinic, how is my wait time over 20 minutes? Every time I'm there, it's empty. Another VA clinic living up to the hype of being terrible."

"I love the VA. The big hospital in Minneapolis and the cboc clinic in Shakopee. Great staff. Top notch doctors and nurses. I've heard horror stories about the VA, but haven't had a bad experience in my 12 years of being their patient. A sincere thank you and God bless to both VA's personnel. Also thank you to all hard working tax payers who help take care of me. I am grateful."

The medical professionals and staff are awesome people who do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I don't understand the negative review about not being able to find the clinic. It's very easy to find and how is that the clinics fault anyway? Must've been a Lt. during their service."
