"Amazing DBT program! Breanna is walking out her calling by helping people see hope in the midst of pain and equipping them with the skills to navigate through life's challenges."
"Flexable payments and my daughter's counselor is amazing! Wouldn't go anywhere else."
"I found bridging hope via Google after getting in a car accident and needing to go to try to figure out how to deal with possible PTSD. I needed to go mainly to learn how to deal with PTSD and also communication with people. I attended approximately a 1/2 a dozen sessions in which most of them led to talking about my relationship with my girlfriend and only ended with the Counseller Andy.C Who is a counselor in training and told me with his previous experience and schooling he is more than qualified for his position. He insisted on telling me to bring my girlfriend to the next session almost every time I went. So I finally brought her, I soon realized why he wanted me to bring her. Because shortly after getting there he was staring at her the majority of the time. He then began to try to make me look like a bad person with the things he was saying and the questions he was asking which lead to the Session ending awkwardly. My girlfriend contact Andy because she never got a clear answer as to how to deal with situations such as me shutting down due to my problem. Andy replied to her and I quote, "are you sure you even want to deal with this the next 40 years"? My relationship is very normal and we deal with minor communication problems like every other couple but this creep tried to make it seem like a bad situation for her to be in. I brought this up with my normal doctor that I see and he and I both agreed that it was very inappropriate, unprofessional, and my personal opinion creepy. I Then decided to talk to his supervisor Heidi who agreed with me that what Andy said was unprofessional and inappropriate and she would talk to him about this matter. Her response to me after talking to Andy was, that me being upset about what he said was part of my problem and basically this was not a big deal apparently. She then offered for my girlfriend and I to go talk to her and Andy so we could discuss how what he said made me feel. Are you kidding me? This is her exact text message to me. "Hey Scott it's Heidi. Andy shared that he does not want you and your girlfriend to split. He feels horrible for how you feel about the session and is very sorry. There are many things I talked about with him that he should have done differently. My offer to you was to invite you back to meet with myself and Andy together. He'd like to apologize and have an opportunity to allow you to share what that was like. I'm so sorry Scott. Please feel free to reach out to me again if you're open to schedule that. I truly would like you to have the opportunity to meet with you" I AM SURE THEY WANT TO SCHEDULE A MEETIMG AT WHATEVER INFLATED PRICE THEY CHARGE TO DISCUSS A PROBLEM CAUSED NY HER EMPLOYEE. I would suggest you NOT trust this business and take your business elsewhere. Because with how this was handled along with the fact that they require you to give them your credit card information and the right to charge your card whenever you owe them money is a big RED FLAG. I will be reporting Andy and BH to the MN state BOARD and hopefully this creep has to find a new line of work where hes not dealing with vulnerable women. Take your business elsewhere there are plenty of reputable places in this town and ones that are true professionals."
