"I had insured my home, business and cars with Gary and his team at Insurance Center of Buffalo. I needed to make a claim on my business truck after I had slid off my driveway with my trailer connected doing damage to the side and rear of my truck. After the initial estimate, once the truck was brought in for repairs, it was discovered it was going to need a few things that were not on the original estimate to complete the repair. This is not an uncommon situation in collision repair work. After several months of back-and-forth with Gary and his team, I was forced to file two separate claims for a single incident. This meant I would pay two separate deductibles and have two accidents on my record. I sat in Gary’s office, and he agreed with me that I should not have to make two separate claims, but said there was nothing he could do as he is not the actual insurer, but the insurance broker. If you need an insurance agent, this is not the company for you. They are only brokers and when the going gets tough, they will fold to the insurance company."
