"Sales person was great, Delivery was bad. I bought a couch to be delivered outside my door and I was told the backrests of the couch would be disconnected so it would fit though my doorway and up the stairs... they were not disconnected. I ended up having to undo all the wrapping outside in the slush and snow to take the backs off myself."
