"Amazing service! My washer went out on me and it was cheaper to replace than fix. I had looked online at big box stores, but delivery was 2 weeks out! I held off and decided to try Doug's to see what they had in store. Extremely friendly, explained the differences in models, and got me a MUCH better price. PLUS, delivery and installation AND old appliance takeaway was only one small fee as opposed to the almost $200 from big box stores. The best part - I paid before leaving the store and it was delivered and installed within 4 hours. 4 hours!!!!! As a mom of 3, that was an answer to prayer.
