Dollar General

"I travel the State of MN for work and have been in a number Dollar General locations. The Braham location is the worst location I've seen. It's a mess! There are tables and inventory EVERYWHERE! There is inventory on the sidewalk that has been there so long the packaging is faded - either from rain or sun, or both. These are not items I would purchase any longer, and I'm guessing most customers feel the same way. The entrance is full of items that I would consider "junk" - or, at least they are presented that way. It's not a good first impression. I also no others in the community. One person even stated they have seen mice running around at this location. I would suggest you clean up your act or people will go somewhere else - if they haven't already. It's very disappointing that this has gone on so long."

"Closed all the time randomly without warning, Opens late without warning. Out of a lot of stuff frequently. Just added produce section but usually it's rotted or shut down. It's horrible to not have another store in our little town the closest one is 20 min away and have to depend on this train-wreck of a store to get necessities. You can do better."

"I miss the old employees. These new ones are the worst. Braham store is always such a mess and they can't even make it to work on time to open up the store before they actually open. Where were the other employees who started at the same time? Were they late as well? Or were they waiting for her to unlock the store? In that case, she needs to give someone else, who is on time, the keys."

"My daughter lives just a minute away so when I'm coming to visit I stop in and get the 3 grandkids cheap toy, glow sticks and of course a snack. The kids are waited and grandma only had to spend a few bucks so I say that's a win all the way around. I've worked a dollar store when truck comes in time to rock and roll....but my goodness there is sooooo much product in this store...I haven't been there in a month I think they were gonna try and work on that and other issues with this store they were closed or closed early on random days yes that was frustrating but what ya gonna do. But I will tell you that I've seen alot of new employees over the last few years but not one has ever been rude or not helpful they say hello when you walk in...and thank you when I check out that's more important than some might think always been treated just like a plain old human being..can't say that about every business I encounter. I've always left there smiling or laughing that's always a plus."

"They don't have a reliable schedule. I have shown up at 6 pm and they have been closed early. I have also shown up 20 minutes to close and they have come out and said sorry we're gonna close early to stock shelves. Living in braham not a lot of clothes grocery store options I asked if I can just run in quick and grab a we just ran out the lady said no and there was nowhere else in town open to get cat food I felt like that was a little rude. That was the first time I have seen them lock the doors at 20 till"
