"It's a big no. DO NOT COME HERE FOR PICK UP. Came here to pick a load going to Canada at 8 am. They assigned a door right away. After hour and a half a guy from shipping comes out and told me that i need to go to their other location to pick up some glass ( which Their local driver should have picked up ) and come back for the remainder. Went their no one knew that I was coming. Took almost 2 and half hours to load 5 skids. Came back to original pick up location, was told UPON ASKING, LUNCH TIME now, will start loading you after another 45 min. Took over six hours to load up. What a shame."
