"Never again!! I was told the furniture I rented was new and it was not. I found bugs in the furniture and made them come get it and now they are refusing to make it right. I went and got furniture with no bugs from another company. Stay far away from this place!! Their cooperate office is also less than helpful"

"My daughter, her boyfriend and their 2 young son's recently purchased a new home. They wanted a nice new couch to go along with it. Her bf went to the Harrison Arkansas store to pick one out. After it was delivered and we were moving it inside a cushion came off and trash fell from inside the couch and visible trash was tucked into the sides underneath the other cushions along with animal hair. I couldn't believe a company would sell furniture to a young family without looking or cleaning it. The couch also smells of heavy nicotine smoke. We have tried cleaning it to no avail. My daughter called the Harrison store and all they said was "sorry all cash sales are final" she then asked for the managers name and they refused to give it to her. So now her nice new home smells like cigarettes and she's embarrassed to have anyone over. Rent-A-Center treating people this way should not be allowed!"
