"Went in with a family member today and could not have asked for a better team. From the front desk, Nicole, absolutely amazing checking us in. Dr. Sue, very compassionate. Now Bonnie, ABSOLUTELY loved her. Very funny and went above and beyond to make sure she got the proper care and equipment needed during her visit. AWESOME TEAM!!"
"First time in a very long time that I’ve been treated like a human being at the doctors office. Tiffany Swenson was so kind and considerate toward me, answering my questions thoroughly and explaining everything she was doing and why. I was seen for a follow up for a finger laceration that was initially treated at the ER, and she cleaned it and walked me through taking care of it properly at home. I finally feel confident in taking care of myself, as she gave me the knowledge and resources to heal well. The waits were a little long, but it was a Sunday afternoon, so all things considered, it was quick! They took their time with me, which is what’s most important. The front desk lady was also super kind. I process verbal things slowly, but the staff was all patient with me through my questions and clarifications. I have been treated so poorly by medical professionals the last few years, especially at urgent cares (including one doctor in CO who physically harmed me to see how much I could take), and I’d almost given up entirely on finding good care. This experience is slowly restoring my faith in medical professionals. I’ll be returning for primary care, so hopefully the experiences hold up! But for now at least I can say: thank you for actually caring about and for me."
"Sometimes I don’t feel great after going to walk-ins because the doctors seem like they are in a rush to get through patients. Today I saw Corey and he was excellent. He seemed very knowledgeable, very kind and sincere not only to me but even other people in passing through the halls. Mandey was the nurse I saw before hand and she was also very kind. I’m happy to know that they have some really good staff now!"
"My experience here was excellent! Wait time was less than 10 minutes to be seen. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes to see the physician after the nurse took my vitals. Was able to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy next door. Whole process was under 30 minutes!"
"I had never been to a walk in clinic. Going to Essentia, I’m glad I did. I was very nervous about the process, but all my fears were easily answered. As soon a so came in, I was greeted by staff who made it very easy to sign in. I was kindly guided through the process, not difficult at all. I waited maybe 3 minutes before the specialist could see me. They had a student observer with them. Both extremely kind people who engaged me in friendly conversation during my visit. They guided me where to go and what to do, and asked relevant questions to my condition. Again, very easy and my stress about the visit was already being relieved. I saw a final specialist who was kind and informative, she listened to my situation and discussed what she thought my illness was and why she thought that. I could understand her reasoning and I felt she heard everything I had to say. I was given several treatment options and at no point pressured. She prescribed some medicine that I was able to pick up right at the pharmacy in the mall, which was also very easy! Overall, I felt my time was valued and that I was listened too, and the staff showed me they were credible people who wanted me to get better. Everything was streamlined and if I feel ill again, this is where I intend to go. Very strong recommendation!"
