"DON"T SEE DR. CRAGO OR HIS TEAM. They got the teeth out, but that's literally it. On the day of my wisdom teeth surgery, the nurse was short and non-interactive with me before the surgery. When I saw Dr. Crago before being sedated, I asked him a question for which I got an abrasive one sentence answer and then he walked out of the room before I could ask a follow up question. Next thing I knew, I was in post-op recovery. A week and a half after the surgery, I called in with pain and concern of a dry socket. The nurse returned my call and was dismissive and belittling of my concerns. Then 3 weeks post-op, I went into the surgery center to be seen for the same concerns. A different nurse on Crago's team brought me back to the exam room and was again dismissive and rude towards me and my concerns. After not having my concerns adequately met, she told me that the Dr. was "too busy" to see me and that I would just have to go home. I would NEVER recommend Face and Jaw of Fargo to anybody."

"My usual dentist made a referral to Face and Jaw to have my wisdom teeth removed. I saw Dr. Bui who could not have been any kinder. He answered all my questions and had a wonderful bedside manner. His team was amazing and explained every step of the setup as they did it. They call to follow-up after surgery and are available both during business hours and have a 24/7 Emergency Line for any questions I had. I greatly appreciated that they were able to get me in for surgery with in 4 weeks of the referral being sent. Would recommend to anyone looking to have this procedure done!"

"Today I saw Dr Gray at Face and Jaw to have a broken molar pulled. I have horrible dentist anxiety and was incredibly nervous. Plus, I don't easily take to novocaine so I'm generally in pain. Dr Gray has an excellent bedside manner and did a terrific job of putting me at ease. We chatted about my concerns and he assured me he would use his "special cocktail" to keep me comfortable. I still can't believe I left his office with no pain. Hours later...still no pain! The other staff was very kind and helpful, especially his assistant (sorry, I forgot her name) After such a positive experience there I would definitely recommend Dr Gray. The fact that he is charming and handsome was nice as well."

"I don’t normally do reviews but I would not recommend for young children. I was referred here due to my son (6 years old) being in excruciating pain from a few cavities. I was not told pre-operative instructions, thankfully I already knew he couldn’t eat or drink after midnight. We show up for our appointment and mind you he is already on antibiotics and double dosing ibuprofen to keep him somewhat comfortable until his appointment. They tried for maybe 5 minutes to get him situated for surgery and they brought him back to me saying they cannot perform the surgery and will need to reschedule for end of February, it’s January 26th and we had already waited 3-4 weeks for our original appointment. He’s 6 years old and I feel a little patience and not pulling me away right away making him be alone before starting anything didn’t ease his fear at all and made everything worse for him. Staff was great besides not preparing us for the surgery but if any parents read this I would just push to be referred somewhere else because it was a waste of a long wait for us and my poor boy now has to wait even longer to get into somewhere else."

"Location is very easy to fine. Procedure went very quickly and almost painlessly. Expected that with the Novocain injections. After that procedure was done quickly. Dr. was very informative. His nurse thorough and pleasant. Overall a very good experience. Healing is going great! I have only heard good things about Face and Jaw."
