"Please read the comments before going. Party of 8 got the platinum package. So dissatisfied! Paid $300 for us. The go carts are for 52' or under. No VR at this location and limited staff to have the climbing walls, and the sky ride open. The platinum was a joke! Floors are dirty. Foam pit had a dirty mask my kids found and a sock. Gum on the ramp to the way of the to sky ride. The worker was working sick because they were short staffed (eye infection) . He was the nicest gentleman. Another young man just started 2 weeks ago he was also so kind and very gentlemen like. We will not go back. No offer for pay back for the things you can't do. Customer almost went through a trampoline. Clearly not inspected or clean. Spring break weekend in AR. Counted 4 birthday parties. And no attendance on the events either. Parents I suggest, you watch kids in the dodge ball area. Kids were brutal and no attendance from staff in there. Counted 5 behind food counter and 3 on the floor. 2 for check in. One being a manager. Will say the locker was a nice addition for those that want to lock it up and bounce too. To add we purchased ONLINE tickets if we had known nothing was open to the platinum ticket we wouldn't have paid for them. Very disappointing! Our first and our last visit."

"Upon check in, the two girls at the registers were saying the f word in front of myself and children as we were waiting to pay. We start over to the concessions, and they can’t make anything but pizza; nachos took about 15-20 mins, but the gentlemen at concessions was very nice. By the ball pit, there was an opening that looked to have been busted with wires coming out. Trash stuffed down in the hole where said wires are coming out. Then, the stanchion’s with retractable belts were all in a pile on top of a trampoline…kids jumping near it, it banging all around while they jump. Grown adults cutting in front of children on the slides. The place was filthy. Needless to say, we won’t be back."

"I would like to shout out the General Manager Ms. Qiana Gardner on maken my kids birthday at great expierence she answered all my questions with no problems also during checkout I got a discount that I didn’t even no I had her customer service is great I would recommend urban air for anything they are the best hands down. My kids enjoyed there party today thanks to the general manager"
