"I was staying with niece she had a Trach, they didn't provide careful positioning with trach dropping head down, also group of 4 nurses aides Black talking in there native language, my niece's machine VENT went off they continued to stand there not coming to help, or answering call light, nurses talking to helper Black nurse in native language not caring about patients rights to be treated with respect, Questions is why hire these people if patient care isn't done professionally! this is the 2nd time she's been there! And on 5 and 6th floor everything went well! I know she had wonderful caring Black nurses on those floors! Need more supervision for the Aides and nurses! Met 2 excellent nurses at VIBRA"

"Absolutely devastating stay, proper care was not provided besides the wound team, nursing staff and doctors are under qualified. There was never anyone willing to answer concerns or explain anything as to what is going on care wise, and no communication throughout the employees. Nobody wants to take accountability for their medical negligence. I would never send a loved one here."

"Just about everything at Vibra was perfect for a long-term stay. The nurses were kind and always accommodating - and ready to help when you needed it. The staff was also gladly talkative so I felt like I had friends there. The nurses were also extremely gifted with wound care compared to my experience with another hospital recently. The nurses exercised the utmost care with cleaning my wound area to help me heal. Many family members stopped by to drop off gifts for me which seemingly were coordinated to be all flowers. Nurses would stop by while vI was awake and active to just see my flower collection. a few even started to change their b water every couple days to b keep them alive. The only negative I could possibly think of for vibra IA how easily their remote xontrolslide off the bed"

"At the moment of this review I'm in my sixth week of being cared for by Vibra Hospital. The staff here has been professional, kind, caring and the service here has been world-class. This week I celebrated my 50th birthday. A day that I thought I'd be lonely and depressed while I'm "stuck" here at the hospital. I was very mistaken. Throughout the entire day, with gifts, treats, songs, and fellowship, during their (very little) spare time what staff that could made it a point to brighten my spirits. I've watched them make similar efforts with other patients under their watchful care during my time here. Metaphorically speaking, they don't just lick your wounds, they also sooth your soul. I've developed new friendships while here and am going to miss these friends tremendously once I get to go home. This truly is a great place for your long term care needs! Steve Nelson Elbow Lake, MN"
