"Above and beyond. I had never heard of Zerbee, but I found they had the lowest price for something I needed for my classroom. There were some complications between me and my school district about being reimbursed, and that meant I had numerous back-and-forth emails with Zerbee to help me. They'd reply to my emails and my requests within minutes, and in the end, everything was simple, easy, and fast. By the time they sent me my most updated receipt, the package had already arrived. Good prices, excellent customer service, and fast delivery. What else could a customer want? I will definitely use them again and I will encourage my school/district to do likewise."

"First time ordering from this vendor. Had a couple of cases of paper arrive damaged by the carrier. Contacted Zerbee customer support email and they promptly offered to refund or replace the damaged product the very next day."

"Very happy! I found a desk chair I liked a store. It was a bit pricey, but comfortable. I found the same chair on Zerbee for a good deal less a good money. I was skeptical, thinking it might be too good to be true so I called and spoke with a very nice representative. I ordered and received my chair 2 days later. I am very satisfied, and would order through them again."

"Wrong items sent, company would not exchange for the correct items. The rep that I spoke to did not inform me that the items could not be returned and placed an order for the correct items. After speaking to a supervisor, I was informed that the wrong items could not be returned. After checking the items on the site, near the bottom of the page it states that the items cannot be returned. The aforementioned statement needs to be at the top of the page. I am absolutely positive of the items I ordered. I will never order from this company again."
