"We needed the help of Urban Up, specifically Matt Lacny, to guide us through the estate sale process. I wasn’t sure where to go to get this kind of help, but got very lucky when we found Matt and Urban Up. Matt came out to the house, took a look around, asked questions and got a sense of what was needed. He was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He told us what he thought would sell, what would be difficult to sell and gave us a ballpark of what the sale would bring in. And he was right! He told us how the process worked and sent us a contract. Following that he did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. From the set up to the online sale to the pick up of items sold he was on top of it. There was good communication so we knew what to expect and he promptly answered any questions we had. His coworkers were also a pleasure. They are organized and efficient. It’s hard enough to sell your loved ones belongings. If you find yourself in a position where you need this service I highly recommend Matt and Urban Up."

"So happy this place popped up a block away. I saw a vintage ceramic Christmas tree in the window, just like my mom and grandma had when I was growing up. I went in expecting an outrageous price and to struggle with a decision if it was worth spending a ton. I was so pleasantly surprised to see a very reasonable price, and purchased it immediately. The owners are so nice every time I stop in and I love the variety. It’s always worth checking this place out."

"LOVE this place. They do a great job at curating their items - not the kind of store where you hunt and peck for the good stuff through a sea of junk. That, and they move through items often enough that coming in every other week means you'll be seeing mostly new items each time. They also seem to be amazing people. Customer service, politeness, and humor all come standard at Urban Up. I won't soon forget seeing one of the owners channeling his inner Uncle Eddie during a recent bout of snow. If I had one complaint, it's that I live close enough that I can't avoid stopping in. No fault of theirs!"
