"Incredibly rude, hostile & unhelpful staff. They sold me a faulty product today, I returned 5 minutes later; and the cashier began yelling at the manager in front of customers that “I left the store” and the manager shouldn’t help me. The manager to my disgust agreed with the rude staff member, as I told her I would never return, she said “welp, sorry!.” Let me do some math for you people, I filled up at this store every Monday in my work vehicle, and also in my personal vehicle. That is roughly 120 dollars a week. I usually buy snacks and energy drinks as well. 120 a week is $6,000 dollars in sales a year. Congrats, you two girls just lost the company 6k a year over a 20 dollar item, and the policy isn’t my reason for writing this review, it’s how absolutely horrible I was treated. NEVER AGAIN."

"Last 2 times I’ve been here it takes 20 minutes to fill up with 20 gallons of premium. Well, the automatic shutdown failed when filling up and about a gallon of gas went under the car. Was afraid to start the car for a while after spill. Had just washed the car so had to rewash rear quarter panel. Attendant said she had to shut down the station due to spill. Done with this station and will warn others in the neighborhood."

"This is literally the worst and most inconsistent gas station in Fayetteville. I've lived two blocks away for six years and it never fails to come up with new ways to disappoint. From what I can tell it's not on the clerks at all, they're always pleasant. Management consistently has issues with gas running out, point of sale, bad selection and shutting down during peak hours. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this place should relabel itself as an inconvenience store for novelty sake."

"The owner is most disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The pump outside didn’t print a receipt so I went inside to retain one because I had been charged for a car wash and because he wasn’t quite sure how to handle the situation he wanted me to just eat the $13 I spent extra. Despite how rude and nasty he was talking trash about me to the woman on the phone while I was still standing there remaining completely calm with him. Not to mention the place was so dirty. The only feature that makes this gas station even remotely tolerable is the car wash add on that’s not even owned by them. Will absolutely never go to this garbage gas station again."
