"I highly recommend you take your business to Kum & Go down the road. The employees storm around the store, yelling and complaining about co-workers not doing their job. You have to stand at the counter and wait for them to finish their tirade before they deign to help you and then they continue to bad-mouth their co-workers, the owner, and other customers to you (a customer yourself—so imagine what they say about you after you leave) throughout the entire transaction. On top of that, my card was charged twice and the “manager” told me on the day it happened to give it a week and then, if the charge didn’t disappear, to call back and she’d refund the money. When I called back, all I got was attitude. I know working in a gas station is hard, mentally and emotionally, been there done that. But I couldn’t imagine treating people, especially customers, the way that they treat people."

"Gross, the whole place smells awful. Bathrooms were nasty, and the staff was beyond rude. When we went their machines were down and they were super hateful about only taking cash. Then when we gave them cash they couldn’t even get the register open. No apology, just more snottiness. Hated it from start to finish. Ended up taking our money back and just walking away."

"I had a pretty rough one. A women helped me who was barely coherent it seemed as if she were probably intoxicated. Then she used my debit card to take part of a transaction out. It took part of it off and I was giving her cash to pay the difference but she apparently voided the transaction. I just paid with cash instead but it still took the money out of my account for what she "voided". She let me know it wasn't her problem and she didn't know how to return the money to my card. So I guess they'll just keep. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this women not being coherent enough to help me at the register. She slurred her words grinds her teeth and can't keep her head up. I don't get it but I'm going to avoid this gas station as much as possible. I'll get gas there but I won't be going in unless The nice guy in glasses is working."
