"I was looking for a mattress for low back pain, a mattress that I wasn't going to have for long and I didn't want to be up sold on something that wasn't necessary. I dont like salesman when all they have in mind is their profit and not the customers best interest. Having said that they did as they said! He knew more then I had expected and thats what a salesman should have knowledge of the product so you don't waste money and you get the best for your needs. I also advise to always go into the store so salesman are necessary. Glad you guys have a great team!"

"A mattress isn't exactly a frequent purchase for me, so I was grateful for the patience and the expertise of the sales person during my visit. I must have gotten a guided tour of about a third of the beds in the store, with a thorough explanation of each one, and informative answers to all my questions. The same goes for discussing pillows and mattress covers. By now I've taken delivery of the mattress, right on the schedule we set that day, and the feel of it is just as comfortable as promised. I'm not likely to need a mattress again soon, but I will definitely return here when I need accessories."

"I needed a new mattress so my sister and I decided to visit the Mattress Firm on Lake St in Minneapolis. When we walked in we were greeted by the sales person and asked what we were looking for. I told him that I wanted a hybrid mattress. He had me first lay down on an all memory foam mattress, then the hybrid from the same company to see the difference. Once I did that we talked about any issues I might run into with either. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered our questions fully, so we decided on the hybrid. We picked it up that afternoon and I slept on it that night. I've slept on it for about a month now and it's been wonderful."
