"The one night we stayed in the hotel was fine, nothing great, but okay. My low review is due to the airport shuttle service that is offered. I called for the shuttle, gave all of my information, and was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. Not ideal, but okay. 30 minutes passed and the shuttle still was not there. I called the hotel again, had to give my information again, and was told that the shuttle just arrived back from the mall and it was now going to be an additional 10-15 minute wait. 18 minutes later the shuttle still had not arrived. Upon calling the hotel again I was told that an extra mall run caused a delay and the shuttle would be here “any minute”. Nearly 10 minutes later, the shuttle finally arrived to bring us to the hotel. The entire process neared an hour of waiting and being told many different lengths of time for the shuttle arrival. The hotel was fine, but don’t advertise airport shuttle services if customers will be told wrong information upon calling for pick up and will have to wait an hour to be picked up. Very frustrating experience to come back from vacation to."

"I waited a long time for the shuttleto pick me up from Terminal 1. I had to call them beforehand. It seems like most if not all hotels only pick up every hour on top of thehour. I checked in late night, Heather was welcoming and helpful. I had to ask for a charging block because the room does not have USB charger. The lamps just had outlets to plug-in devices. She let me borrow one. I wished that they have this kind of amenity to keep up with technology needs. Breakfast was good, no bacon but they have a waffle maker and that's good enough for me. I can't complain, it's free. Other hotels come with same price with no breakfast. They have a fitness center with 1 or 2 treadmills next to... oh, hello! A hot tub! There's also an indoor pool. Such nice amenities to have in a cold weather. There's also laundry services if you need it, as of writing, it costs $2 for wash and another $2 to dry. I don't have info on parking as I didn't drive but overall, I will recommend this reasonably-priced place to relax and stay on your visit whether business or leisure."

"Stayed here for 12 days for work and was not pleased with my stay at all (coming from someone who stays in 2-3 Marriott hotels a month). The hotel has no gym, parking lot is riddled with 4+ inch deep holes as wide as a car, continually has construction vehicles taking up all spots on the side of the parking lot that is not ruined, WiFi is actually a downgrade vs the 2 bars of 4g service that a phone gets in the hotel (yes, I paid for the upgraded connection), no fridge (you have a 2 hour cooler in the room) and no microwave. This is really only good if you need a bed and a toilet for a short stay. If you enjoy the smell of mold, light switches and lights hanging off the walls and no side entrances to the building that work this is the place for you! I will say that the staff was the only saving grace to the stay, they were very welcoming and made the time in the hotel a little more palatable. All other Marriott hotels in the area have a better review for a reason and several have better prices."
