"The tenants appear to be very decent and respectful neighbors. Management on the other hand are very disrespectful of the neighborhood and laws governing apartment operations. The maintenance team uses the bike/walk path as their own personal road, driving their golf cart on the path, which prohibits motor vehicles on it. They do not even wait for a break, they will drive rate past you on the path"

"I have worked for Condor and lived at many of their properties. Lexington Heights has the most beautiful grounds, none can compare. The buildings are kept very clean and the office staff is great! Julie and Janelle are on it, and they are always so friendly. There are other properties out there that are newer with more bells and whistles, but you will never have a better property management company or company that cares. Liz runs everything and she is the kindest woman. Love them all. Note: They even send you Valentines Day Cards! Love our home and love Condor!"

"Have been living here since Summer 2017. Absolutely love everything about it - the amenities are amazing for an apartment (clubhouse with game room, fitness center, and outdoor pool), there's multiple outdoor grilling areas, basketball court and tennis court, the heated underground parking is the BEST, even has a self-serve car wash stall which is great for keeping your car clean in the winter! There's community contests throughout the year, along with events for residents (typically one in the summer and one in the winter). The staff is all extremely friendly and maintenance requests are always promptly addressed - which is also a plus! The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe which is a plus for families!"

"I moved here 2 years ago. I have been very satisfied. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. ALL staff!! The building is always clean, and quiet. The staff is prompt when you need anything regarding your apt. There is also underground parking available with a car wash station. WHAT!!! I was super concerned with receiving packages. Because it's such a large building and where I moved from had a BIG problem with packages coming up missing. The majority of the packages go to the office, where the friendly staff help you locate them. If packages do come to your building instead of the office, other residents will bring them into the building!! How cool is that? I will be calling Lexington Heights home for a while."
